Commitment
Accessibility
ALGNment means everyone gets in the door. Here's how we build the site, where we know it falls short, and how to tell us when something blocks you.
Our Commitment
ALGN is built to be used by everyone, including customers who browse with screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control.
We treat accessibility as part of the design work, not an afterthought, the same care given to fabric and fit is given to how the site reads and behaves.
The Standard We Work To
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our working benchmark across the site.
Accessibility is ongoing. As we add pages, imagery and product features, we review them against the same standard rather than assuming past work still holds.
What We've Built In
High-contrast black and white typography, generous type sizing and clear focus states for keyboard navigation.
Descriptive alternative text on campaign and product photography, semantic headings and landmarks, and labelled form fields throughout checkout and client care.
Layouts that reflow cleanly on mobile and at increased browser zoom, with tap targets sized for comfortable use.
Known Limitations
Some third-party components, payment, shipping and embedded media, are outside our direct control. We choose providers with accessibility support and raise issues with them when we find them.
If something on the site doesn't work with your assistive technology, that's information we want. It helps us fix the underlying issue, not just the page.
Shopping With Assistance
If any part of the site prevents you from completing an order, our client care team can take your order details and assist you directly by email.
We can also provide product measurements, fabric details and color descriptions in an alternative format on request.
Reporting A Barrier
Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days and work to resolve confirmed issues promptly.
