The agreement between you and ALGN when you shop with us, orders, pricing, shipping and the rules around our work.
Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email; until then we may decline or cancel it.
We may limit or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, are placed for resale, or exceed reasonable quantities.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is mispriced we'll contact you before charging your card, and you can confirm or cancel.
Final Sale
Every ALGN order is final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed.
The one exception is a genuine defect. Full details are set out in our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control.
Product Presentation
We photograph every piece as faithfully as we can. Screen calibration means color may render slightly differently on your device.
Fabric weight, fit and measurements are described on each product page and in the size guide. Small variation is inherent to garment production.
Intellectual Property
The ALGN name, logo, lettering, campaign photography, copy and site design are owned by ALGN and protected by trademark and copyright.
You may not reproduce, resell, or use our marks or imagery, including on garments or in advertising, without written permission.
Liability & Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALGN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ALGN operates. We may update them from time to time; the version posted here is the one that applies.
